Our Chef’s creativity and art are always at work to offer you new taste, so the menù of the Oste is always renewed. The flavors blend with the traditions and the curiosity for new and refined combinations. Our philosophy is based on the choice of fresh products strongly linked to our territory. The selection of producers follows a meticulous and accurate path to bring quality and genuineness to our kitchen. The Chef “dresses” the table being inspired by the alternation of the seasons. The menù presents always new recipes to satisfy the palates of our guests.
March is the month of artichoke, called “King of the Garden”. The Oste proposes it accompanied by the delicacy of ricotta and the flavor of the squid, for a dish of taste and contrast.
When March arrives, cold goes away and the sun comes to welcome Spring. So the mushrooms begin to appear and, thanks to their intensity, we create a dish designed specifically for the strongest palates. The Oste brings to the table the pork knuckle with mushrooms fantasy.
Broadbeans are another typical ingredients of the spring period. We bring them to the table with paccheri, white shrimps and bottarga.
